A message from The Outreach Committee:
Bridge the Gap on Hunger
March has always been a special month at Saint Luke's United Church. It's a time when we pay it forward to our fellow Cambridgites who count on the Bridges for a good home cooked meal and a warm place to eat it.
Although due to Covid, we are not able to prepare our usual delicious and nutritious dinner for the guests, we can still make monetary donations to the Bridges, so they can continue to prepare what we cannot. We will all miss the fellowship we shared standing side by side in the Bridge's kitchen, but what really matters is that the Bridges does not miss out on our support. For that reason the Saint Luke's Outreach Team is fundraising for the Bridges.
Our Fundraiser, "Bridge the Gap on Hunger", will run for the month of March. There are 2 options to donate, but in either case make sure that you make a note on the cheque or in the e-transfer that the donation is for "Bridge the Gap on Hunger".
You to can write a cheque made out to Saint Lukes' United Church, which can be mailed to 1620 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge, ON, N3C 1P2.
You can make an e-transfer to (no security question required)
A grateful "Thank you" to Saint Luke's congregants for their generous support in the past and for their continued support of the children of God who are less fortunate than ourselves.
Sincerely, The Outreach Committee
Welcome Rev. Michiko
