Urge to Purge - collecting during the month of May 2023
Clothing, accessories, household textiles, small household goods and books. No furniture please. Bring bagged soft items or boxed books and small household goods May 6-28 only to the church Sunday mornings, Mondays 10am-2pm, and during Truckin’ Tuesdays 4-8pm; or text/call 226-972-7141 for special arrangements.
Please use bags for clothes and textiles and tightly packed, closed boxes for small household goods and books. All items must be clean and in sellable condition.
Our goal is to raise $500 to aid in our work within the church and community. We will require approximately 145 large yard bags of clothes and textiles as well as 50 medium boxes of household goods and books to achieve this.

"No one in our community will be homeless": Vision for "The Bridges"
Saint Luke's Outreach is fundraising for "The Bridges" from May 14th until June 4th. Any monetary donation would be gratefully received.

The Bridges' Mission Statement: To provide safe shelter and to offer programs and services in support of the hopes and needs of people dealing with life issues. The Bridges offers 80 emergency beds for those experiencing homelessness and 20 bachelor apartments for those in transition from the shelter to the community.
Your contributions will help find permanent housing for individuals experiencing homelessness.
